This meditation was a long time coming, and even longer to soundscape but it was all worth it in the end. This is not a ritual of any kind, this is a guided meditation, to help those, who may not know how, or are unsure how to speak or talk with the ancestors.

This meditation is for those who knew their ancestors intimately, those who have been adopted, and of course, for those ancestors who are unknown.

It is with care and honor that I give this to the community.
